A camp designed especially for adult Korean adoptee women!
July 10-13 2025 | Upstate New York

We invite you to our first Camp Omija, a retreat created by and for Korean Adoptee Women (KAW). This unique event offers a special opportunity to connect in person, strengthen bonds, and explore KAW identities within a supportive environment.

Cost: $525 - includes private room with en suite bathroom, all meals, and activities/workshops.

IFS Spring Session

Monthly Expert Sessions + Peer Support
Begin (or continue) your journey of self-discovery and healing with our Internal Family Systems (IFS) group, led by Level 3 IFS KAD therapist and program assistant, Megan Mancini.

📅 Schedule:

  • Expert Sessions: 90-minute virtual sessions Thursdays starting March 20th at 12:30p PT. (3/20, 4/17, 5/15, 6/12, and 7/24.)

  • Peer Check-Ins: First Wednesday of every month at 10 AM PT beginning April 2nd.
